Create a Chat Agent

Create a Chat Agent to start automating conversations with your customers on messaging channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, and webchat. Start from a template, such as Appointment Booking, and then tailor the agent to your business.

  1. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar.

  2. Select “Chat Agent” from the drop-down menu under “Create Agent”.

  3. In the modal, choose the “Appointment Booking” template.

  4. Click “Continue” in the modal to proceed.

  5. On the new page, click the back arrow next to “Appointment Booking 1” to return.
