Create a Voice Agent

Create a Voice Agent to start handling phone calls with your customers. Start from a template or build from scratch, and then tailor the agent to your business.

  1. In the navigation bar, click on Create Agent and select Voice Agent from the drop-down menu.
  1. In the modal, select the Appointment Booking Template.
  1. Click on Build from Scratch in the modal.
  1. Click Continue in the modal to proceed.
