Below is a list of features that can be enabled: 1) Alerts to a specific user on new inbound conversations from Unknown customers: Businesses often receive inquiries from new customers not stored in CRM. By deploying this use case, you can alert your sales team representative on inquiries from new customers. 2) Hourly Message Failure Notification to Message Senders: Message delivery is crucial for all businesses. In case of message failures, users don’t receive alerts and assume messages got delivered. With this feature, users sending messages will be notified via email every hour on failed messages. Users can take remedial actions, such as sending messages again after correcting failure causes like the expiration of message credits or invalid mobile numbers. 3) Don’t send messages outside of Business hours: This feature ensures that whenever a message is sent manually or through automation outside the office hours defined in Salesforce, it will be buffered and sent on the next working day as per office hours. Consent Creation in SMS Magic Compliance Module: SMS Magic uses data from the Consent object in the compliance module to decide whether to send messages. This feature keeps data on records in sync with SMS Magic Consent records, especially when customers use record-level fields to manage consent. 4) Send Campaigns using multiple Sender IDs: For businesses sending campaigns on behalf of the sales team, this feature distributes sender IDs over available IDs in round-robin fashion. This ensures that replies received by the organization can be managed by the respective sender ID owner. You can deploy all these use cases within your Salesforce organization.
