Release Notes - 7th Sept-2023 Transfer Message Credits from Production to Sandbox As an admin user, now you will be able to allocate and transfer messaging credits between the connected accounts from production to sandbox. You need to be on payee plan and not on trial plan to transfer messaging credits. Admin users will be able to easily transfer messaging credits from the production account to the sandbox account only when the sandbox account has zero credits. Once you login to your org, you will be redirected to the following Workspace page:

Here, you can see the connected Salesforce accounts. Click on the edit button beside the Message Credits option and type the number of messaging credits that you want to transfer. At a time, a transfer of up to 10% (Max 10%) of the total production account credits will be possible.
