Release Highlights – 20th Mar 2026: Messages With Merge Fields Now Go Through Error-Free

You can now send or schedule messages containing merge fields on the Zoho platform. In the past, attempts to perform these actions, especially during List View Source and Bulk Contact selection, led to a Failed To Send error.
