Release Highlights – 22nd Mar 2026: Alerts for Duplicate Campaign Names

On Zoho Campaigns, the system can now effectively identify and alert you about duplicate campaign names during the campaign creation process. Previously, entering a duplicate campaign name did not trigger any immediate error on the UI, leading to a Failed to Send error at a later stage, without clarity on the actual problem. This update rectifies this issue by displaying a prompt error message when a duplicate campaign name is entered, preventing progression to the next step until the issue is resolved.
