Release Highlights – 24th Mar 2026: Improved Recipient Count Display and Message Customization

The following updates are made to the system for Zoho Campaigns, focusing on enhancing the user experience in campaign management and creation:

  • Dynamic Recipient Count Display

: The display of Approximate Contacts now updates in real time when a senderID is selected, reflecting the actual number of recipients.

  • Improved Cancellation Confirmation

: When you opt to cancel during campaign creation, a more explicit confirmation message is now presented, offering clear Proceed or Cancel choices.

  • Insert Button for Merge Fields

: An Insert button for merge fields is introduced in the Bulk List View, streamlining the message customization process.

  • Consistent Timezone List

: The timezone list within Zoho campaigns has been standardized to match the SaaS campaign timezone list, ensuring uniformity across the platform.
