Converse Desk now accurately maintains the activity status of visitors in web chat interactions. Previously, if a visitor left the web chat open for an hour and sent a message, the system incorrectly displayed “The visitor is no longer active in this conversation.” The update corrects this, ensuring the conversation status reflects the visitor’s active participation, irrespective of the chat duration.
