Release Highlights – 26th Feb 2026: Release Notes-Show ‘Help Centre’ on Navigation Bar

Release Notes - 31st Aug-2023 Show ‘Help Centre’ on the Navigation Bar Now, once you log in to the SaaS Portal, you will be able to see the “Get Help’ icon on the top Navigation bar. From here, you can access the educational video on SMS-Magic, documents available on the Doc Centre, report an issue, or even send feedbacks.

  • As shown below, once you login, you can see the ‘Get Help’ icon:

Here, you get access to the video tutorials, doc centre, and also can report an issue and send feedback.
