Release Notes - 31st Aug-2023 Feedback Button for Sharing Feedback on SMS-Magic Product Now it is simple for SMS-Magic users and customers to share their feedback on SMS-Magic products. In our SaaS Portal, we’ve made it easier for users to provide feedback through a feedback hub, Canny. Simply by clicking the “Submit a Feedback” button, users are taken to a separate portal hosted on Canny, designed to gather and organize user suggestions, ideas, and concerns. The “Submit a Feedback” button is clearly visible as soon as users log into the SaaS portal. It will be shown in the Get Help button. Clicking it will quickly redirect them to the dedicated Canny feedback portal. Logged-in users can now make full use of this platform and share their feedback.

  • Login to SaaS Portal org using valid credentials

  • Click on the ‘Submit a feedback’ button available on the top right corner

Here, you can give your feedback, suggestions, and ideas. Experience a seamless redirection to the Canny feedback portal upon clicking on the ‘Submit a feedback’ button.
