Dear Customer, Greetings from SMS-Magic! We have great news for our SaaS customers. Now, while creating an automation template, users can use the merge fields. It is possible to create an automation template with merge fields even if the integration feature is not enabled, similar to campaign or conversation types.

We request you to log in to your SaaS portal and try creating a template (Automation, Campain, Conversation) using merge fields.
