Release Highlights – 8th Mar 2026: Release Notes - Namespace Field is now Optional while Creating WhatsApp Template

Dear Customer, Greetings from SMS-Magic! We are writing to inform the SMS-Magic SaaS customers that now while creating a WhatsApp template, you don’t have to necessarily enter information in the Namespace field. Earlier, it was mandatory to fill information in the namespace field. We have now kept this field optional.

This is applicable for all categories(text only/ Media message) and templates(Automation, Campaign, Conversation). Login now, create WhatsApp Templates and continue conversing with your customers seamlessly. Thank you for being a valued customer! Best regards, SMS-Magic Team
