Release Highlights – 9th Mar 2026: Important - Moving to Enhanced Campaign and Conversation View
Dear Customer, Greetings from SMS-Magic! We are writing to inform all customers using the SMS-Magic SaaS Portal about important changes related to the Conversation View and the Classic Campaign.
- Deprecating Classic Campaign and moving to Enhanced Campaign
As you all are aware, we have the Enhanced Campaign live for a long time now, it is time to say goodbye to the Classic Campaign. As shown in the image below, now there will be no option to switch between the Classic Campaign and the Enhanced Campaign:
Instead, you will be able to directly use only Enhanced Campaign from your org, as shown in the image below:
To know more about the Enhanced Campaign, refer the documents here. Sign in to your org now and try using the Enhanced Campaign.
- Redirection of URLs to the Conversation View
The following endpoints will not be accessible now: /zoho/#/campaignList and /zoho/#/conversation Both will be redirected to the Converse Desk as shown in the below image:
- Changes in the SMS Services Section
Now, under the SMS Services section, the following two options will not be available:

DATA ENRICHMENT

COMPLIANCE - Rate
As you can see in the below screenshot, now the above options will not be available:
Erlier, Data Enrichment and Compliance Rate sections were available, as shown in the image below:
