# Automate Conversations with Usecase Automation

## **Automation Use Case**

1. Navigate to the automation use case page.

2. Select the use case.

3. Click the "Get This Automation" button.

4. On the use case page, choose the CRM.

5. Select the object.

6. Select the phone field.

7. Select the channel.

8. Select the sender ID to trigger the automation.

9. In the notification messages section, select the event from the options set up on the integration page.

10. Enter a value for the event trigger action.

11. Select the appropriate template for the use case.

12. Click the "Activate" button to activate the automation.

13. Assign a name to the automation if desired.

14. Save your changes.
