# Create a Voice Agent

> Create a Conversive Voice Agent to handle customer phone calls with AI-powered conversations, transcripts, and summaries.

Create a Voice Agent to start handling phone calls with your customers. Start from a template or build from scratch, and then tailor the agent to your business.

1. In the navigation bar, click on **Create Agent** and select **Voice Agent** from the drop-down menu.

1. In the modal, select the **Appointment Booking Template**.

1. Click on **Build from Scratch** in the modal.

1. Click **Continue** in the modal to proceed.
