# DLT Updates for Indian Customers

Dear Valued Customers,

Greetings from SMS-Magic! Thank you for complying with the TCCCPR 2018 Regulations so far.

As a follow-up to our earlier communication highlighting the DLT Updates, we would like to inform you that Principal Entities (PEs) and Telemarketers (TMs) are now required to upload all their content templates to any operator DLT portal.

The regulatory process of scrubbing the Entity ID, Sender IDs, and Template is enabled across all Operators effective **7th January 2021**. As per DLT platform scrubbing requirements, operators will accept and deliver messages only if they receive a Principal Entity ID and Template ID in every message submission. These activities are strictly carried out by all operators. We urge you to provide the details below at your earliest convenience to allow us to make the necessary backend changes.

## Required DLT Submission Details

You must provide the following details for every template registered on the DLT portal:

### Template Details

* Template Name
* Template Id (URN)
* Transactional (yes/no)
* DLT Message Type
* Message Type
* Business Category
* Mask
* Template Content

### Sender ID / Header Details

* Header ID
* Header

> **Note:** Alternatively, you can download your registered Template & Sender IDs from the DLT platform directly and share the exported CSV file with us.

## How to Export Your Details from DLT

Below are the steps to retrieve your Sender IDs and Template Registration details. *(Note: We are using the Vodafone portal as an example, but this standard export option is available across every vendor.)*

### 1. Download Sender IDs

1. Log in to your DLT portal.
2. Click on **Header**. You will see the download option on the right-hand side.
3. Click on **Download** to obtain your sender ID details in a CSV format.

### 2. Download Templates

1. Go back to the dashboard and click on the **Templates** option. You will see the download option on the right-hand side.
2. Click on **Download** to retrieve your template details in a CSV format.
