# Creating and Managing a Journey

This guide will walk you through the process of creating and managing a journey with user interactions and automation setup.

## **Accessing Account Settings**

1. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar.

2. Select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.

3. In the settings page, view the "Overview" section under the account tab to confirm that the account has the professional plan.

## **User Management**

1. Navigate to the "User Management" tab in the settings.

2. Verify that the admin has a professional advanced license, which includes the journey builder feature.

## **Creating a New Journey**

1. In the navigation bar, click on "Journey Builder".

2. In the "Journey Orchestration" section, select the "My Journeys" tab.

3. Click on "Create a New Journey" in the top right corner.

4. In the journey setup canvas, view the active automation use cases organized in a folder structure, such as conversational flow, nurture, and AI agent.

## **Configuring the Start Node**

1. In the start node settings, select "Sender ID" as the trigger condition.

2. In the modal, select "Web Channel" from the sender ID drop-down to ensure the journey is triggered whenever an incoming message is received on the selected web sender ID.

3. Click the "Save" button in the modal.
