The Audience Manager provides a diverse set of data types to store and manage audience-related information effectively. These data types allow users to capture different types of inputs for segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

What data types are available in Audience manager?

  1. String

    • Description: A short text field for storing alphanumeric characters.
    • Character Limit: 300
    • Example: “John Doe, Marketing Manager”

  2. Text

    • Description: A longer text field for detailed information.
    • Character Limit: 2000
    • Example: “This audience segment targets users interested in digital marketing and technology. They have shown engagement through multiple channels, including webinars and newsletters.”

  3. Boolean

    • Description: A field that holds either true or false values.
    • Example: Subscribed to newsletter: true

  4. Date

    • Description: A field for storing date values.
    • Format: YYYY-MM-DD
    • Example: 2025-02-07

  5. Attachment

    • Description: A file upload field allowing various document formats.
