Selecting Sender IDs:
- Navigate to the “Sender IDs” tab on the navigation bar.


- In the ‘Countries’ tab, you’ll find a list of countries for which you have available number credits.

Provisioning a Number:

What are Long Code Numbers?
Long Code or 10DLC are 10 Digit Numbers and are tied to an Area Code, For e.g. (XXX) XXX- XXXX.
These are ideal for localized, in-branch or in-store, smaller, segmented customer bases and are used for chat (text and voice), event-based interactions, service updates, and appointment reminders. Ex.: +1 415 123 2678
How to Get Long Code Numbers?
- Click on the “Provision Number” button from the Sender IDs Tab.
- You’ll be directed to a screen where you can select the country for which you want to obtain a number.
- After selecting a country with an available number of credits, you can add an area code of your choice.
- Choose the “Number Type” as “Long code” and click on the search button.
- A list of available numbers will be displayed. Select the desired number and click on “Assign to My Account.”

- The assigned number will then be visible on the “All Sender IDs” screen.

What are Short Code Numbers?
SMS Short Codes are 5-6 Digits (Look Like ‘69488’, Which Pizza Hut Uses) and can only be used to send and receive SMSs, Not Faxes or Calls.

- After that, click on ‘Add Sender Id’
