Release Highlights – 10th Mar 2026: Release Notes - SMS-Magic Integration with Call Tracking Metrics (CTM) Provider

Dear Customer, Greetings from SMS-Magic! We are writing to inform you about SMS-Magic’s third-party integration with Call Tracking Metrics (CTM) provider. Now you can bring your own CTM numbers for sending messages. SMS-Magic’s integration with CTM will allow the customers to track the source of leads they receive as a result of specific marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights into the nature of the leads, like source, campaign, location, etc. This integration allows customers to send SMS, MMS, and templates using the CTM provider Sender ID in Salesforce by keeping the ownership of numbers that they bring with the provider.
