Earlier, WhatsApp users who were trying to send documents using the Sinch Provider with the template category as Media Message were getting an error. Now, users will be able to send document files/ media messages from the Sinch Provider. We urge you to log in to your org and try sending Media Message templates using the Sinch Provider.
