After sending or scheduling a campaign using the WhatsApp channel, SMS history is now properly created and synced in the SMS Magic portal and with Zoho. This update addresses a prior issue where SMS history was neither generated at the SMS Magic portal nor synced to Zoho following a campaign. The enhancement ensures accurate and consistent tracking of campaign activities, significantly improving the efficiency and reliability of campaign management on the Zoho platform.
